Group Overview: First Temple of the Craft of W. I. C. A. is one of America's oldest legal Wiccan Churches. We celebrated our 40th year in 2012! Located in Berwyn, Illinois we celebrate both the New and Full Moons as well as the eight Festivals of the Wheel of Life. We are a balanced God/Goddess Coven. We welcome both singles and couples and children are welcome at our Festivals.
Classes are offered without charge except for a $10 deposit on the DVD's which is refunded when the DVD's are returned, if requested, or used as a donation for the Coven.
The classes are on Wicca as a RELIGION - which we take very seriously. If you are looking for a quick course is tossing out spells, we are not for you. While we are open to teaching individuals who are under 18 years old, we DO require meeting BOTH parents and a consent form signed by BOTH parents. This is for everyone's peace of mind.
If you are serious about contacting us, but would like to get an idea of what/how we work, please check out "Turning Of The Wheel - A Wiccan Book Of Shadows For Moons & Festivals" (Publ. by Samuel Wieser c 1993) . It is available in several of the Public Libraries in the Chicago area. The book gives the basics of our theology and complete rituals that have been worked by First Temple over the last 30 years.
