Group Overview: The primary goal of this group is to learn about all the different religions in the world. Huge goal I know.
But we're slowly working at it. we meet at a book store which makes things easier, and I work at same bookstore so i can order books for all of us. and occasionally get group discounts... Yeah capitalism!
Everyone in the group is coming from a different tradition, and length in said tradition. Every view point is valid and encouraged. We believe that you have to know the history of a religion to begin to understand it. We believe that knowing about as many different religious paths as we can makes us better pagans, because it gives us more options and viewpoints and a better understanding of the people around us. We believe that by becoming well read witches we are becoming more compassionate, understanding, friendly and informed people.
Education, it's a wonderful thing.
