Group Overview: There is nothing wrong with being a Solitaire, but why not be trained? After all it's an intensly personal decision, isn't it?
Not all seekers wish to be Gardnerian. Some people have been burned by the older and more established Traditions. Not all seekers wish to work in groups or with other partners who are not their significant others... so they stay untrained Solitaires always wondering if they are doing it the "right or correct" way... The Arthurian is a system. Plain and simple, that works for those who can't or won't go Gardnerian. Personal life issues, Past negative experiences, insecure relationships, conflicting schedules, excessive travel, and irregular jobs can interfere with some or most coven group work. The Arthurian Tradition was created to deal with these specific issues. We are a Tradition that practices BTW as taught by Gerald Gardner circa 1953, with the added research and experiences of our Elders from the last 55 years. We have added a strong foundation of science focusing on all studies but majoring in Quantum Physics. We have lineage, as well as individual autonomy... as we are Solitaires first and foremost, but trained in a Tradition that allows us to come together as a group for workings and celebrations.
Free Will and Personal responsiblity for one's actions are paramount with the Laws, and all are equals no matter Gender, race, education, or sexual preferance. A Witch is a Witch, but only another Initiate can make you an Initiate.
