Group Overview: Ye Olde Dark Arts Occult Society is a social group for practitioners of various magickal backgrounds.
It is a place to come together, meet and greet others who follow the ways of the occult! Call it a melting pot of sorts ... some give reverance to the Gods while others may follow the Orisha, the Loa, the Nkisi and some feel more of a connection with Faeries, while others enjoy walking the dark path and that's great, we all have our own preference.
That's what will give strength to the group... the diversity and the open heart and spirit of it's members. It is a place of laughter and joy among it's members not a place of bickering and ugly undertones. Rest assured, disrespect will not be tolerated!!
Within this group we will celebrate life and all things magickal. Society events will include Occult Book Club, Witches Balls, Witches Brew Tea & Games and much more.
If you're a member and have ideas for a gathering/class or would like to teach one, by all means ... tell us about it and we'll work together to make it happen! All members will receive a certificate and membership card.
The cost is 5.00 per year. Once we have received your membership fee you will be added to the society's list thus enabeling you to enter our Private Egroup site which will keep you abreast of all the societies events
