Group Overview: The First Universalist Unitarian Society of Salem is pleased to announce the rebirth of its very own CUUPS organization.
Starting January 2009 we will be offering monthly programs, esbats, Sabbats etc to celebrate the diversity of our chosen paths.
There will be programs starting up that cover children's education, women's meditation groups, movie nights and group gatherings.
For those who have smaller children and wish to attend various gatherings there will also be an onsite volunteer babysitter who is certified and will be happy to entertain your child.
***Starting in the Spring of 2009 SPIRAL SCOUTS*****
This group ranges from 3yrs to 18 yrs old and is the perfect opportunity for children of the community to gather together and create unique bonds in what will also teach them about the world around them, give them opportunity to learn and to grow.
Gathering dates have not been determined yet but there will be a meeting 3/15/09 at 12:30 pm for interested parents, so please join us there if you would like to learn more.
Hearthside CUUPS is brand new but there are many eager members who are looking to re-establish the wonderful meaning behind this program.
We look forward to seeing you at the various events that will be held in the upcoming months. Please feel free to view our brand new website and check back frequently for updated information.
