This group will gather on six Thursday evenings this fall to discuss and practice the powerful, practical tools of the Toltec path in the lineage of don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements, weaving in gems from a variety of mystery school traditions.

This introductory series will introduce some of the basic perspectives and practices of the Toltec path. In addition, we'll incorporate movement and mudra, sound and mantra, and creative artmaking in a safe environment. The techniques you learn will support you as you create your own transformation and healing, nurturing yourself as you learn to live more honestly and fearlessly, and freeing yourself from self-judgment and self-imposed limitations.
Circle size is limited to 12 participants; each of the six gatherings is $5-$15 sliding scale. We meet alternating Thursday evenings in the facilitator's home in Takoma Park at 6:30pm -- and she'll have a big pot of vegan soup on the stove for you!
