Group Overview: Under construction. If you want information please contact us through e-mail.

Here’s some information about The Grove. We are an eclectic coven. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for eclectic Wiccans\ Witches interested in developing their spiritual path through education, open rituals, gatherings, workshops, and the creation of a sacred community. We accept all with an open mind and an open heart.

The Grove is unique from other covens or groups in many ways. First, we believe that people come to Wiccan and Paganism not only because other religions don’t feel right or fit into their beliefs but to have a more intimate role in their religious practice. That is why whenever we gather for a holiday or full moon rite you will always be asked if you want a part in the ritual. I feel that having many people involved not just the high Priestess and Priest brings a closer connection with the god and goddess. Second, like many other covens we do use a degree system. The difference is that ours is not based on how long you’ve been with us or who your friends with. It’s based on your knowledge. We are an educational coven, so I devised a degree system based on colored cords. Each cord represents a degree, and to gain those degrees you have to study. I set up what each degree requirements are and we went from there. This is a work in progress so I ask all to be patient. Also all suggestion and advice is welcome. I consider everyone’s input. Third, I love writing rituals, lesson plans, and teaching very much, but my goal it to bring others to a level where I don’t have to write every ritual, make every lesson plan, and teach every student. As I said I enjoy all those things but I also enjoy seeing people mature and grow just as much.

Blessed Be
Matt

Wiccan/ Pagan meet and greet will be posted soon. We would like to meet people of like mind in the area.
