Group Overview: The Raven's Tower is a newly forming (as of May 2011) Pagan networking group in the Detroit (MI) metro area. Our goal is to give Pagans somewhere to discuss ideas, thoughts, and concerns involving our community. We also wish to give Pagans a way to meet face to face in a safe and fun manner with future events.
We are currently working on building a website (www.theravenstower.com) that will (hopefully!) feature articles by local Pagans, Pagan Calendar, events, poetry/short stories, and much more. Please check back often as we work on carving out our little niche of cyberspace. Keep in mind that at this time (as of 06/04/11) there is only a place holder for the website in place so don't be surprised if it has some weird information up there not related to Paganism or Wiccan at all! We DO currently have a page on Facebook and would like it very much if you "like" us.
We are legally ordained and able to perform wedding and handfasting ceremonies. We have performed some non-denominational ones for close friends and are able to tailor the ceremony for your specific tastes and/or beliefs. While we are more than happy to listen to any concerns that the happy couple may have, we DO NOT provide counseling services.
While we welcome a free discussion of all ideas, any behavior or statements that are derogatory, inflammatory, hateful, etc will NOT tolerated.
