Odin's Woods Coven

Group Overview: Odin's Woods Coven is a group that is newly forming. We practice an eclectic form of Wicca. We will try incorporate ideas from each new member, but for the most part, the basic structure will remain intact.
Size: No more than 20 or so, and the ideal number we are looking for is around 8-10 people.
Meeting Schedule: We will meet on every Esbat and Sabbat. We will try to meet twice every month and on meetings that fall on non Sabbat/Esbat days we will have lessons, meditation, and various projects.
Structure: We will be a democratically run group once we have a few members. The coven will be run by a High Priest and Priestess that will serve equally. Neither one will be more important than the other. They will be elected every year, that way, they will both have a chance to observe all the Esbats and Sabbats as High Priest/Priestess.
Decisions will be made by a vote of every member present at the meeting. The High Priest and High Priestess will decide on tie votes.
Membership: We are currently considering all serious applications to join our coven. There will be an interview process in order to protect the safety of our members and their privacy. It also insures that we will weed out applicants that won't work well for us. We will meet at a public place to do the interview of course.
About myself: I have been practicing Wicca as a solitary for about 7 years now. I have had leadership roles in the past, including leader of a Masonic organization's chapter. I served as ritual leader for 6 months before my term was up. I am also majoring in Religious Studies at LCC.
