Group Overview: NOTE: This is not a coven or circle, but rather a Discussion Group centered on the Old (or Traditional) Craft, the B.G. (Before Gardner) indigenous witcheries of Old Europe, rooted in the Land and ancestral tradition. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at the Eye of Horus Metaphysical's new location at 3012 Lyndale Avenue South in Minneapolis. (Store phone listed below.) The "I Can't Believe It's Already Legendary" Third Tuesday Old Craft Discussion Group has been breaking old taboos and new ground since June 2008, taking on the topics no one else will touch: Sacrifice, Cursing, and Old Hornie, to mention only a few of the more pungent. Every month we meet, a group of visionary elders and inspired neophytes, wholly committed to questioning everything, diving in deeper, and crafting for ourselves and our people the Witcheries of the future.
Our regular attendees constitute a virtual "Who's Who" of the Elders of Paganistan; at any given session, it's not unusual for us to have several hundred years of collective Craft experience to draw on. This rich variety of viewpoints yields deep and often surprising insights into what it means to live the Craft today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
