The House of Magickal Enchantments is a working adult group of Witches that have a sincere desire to learn, share, and grow individually, as well as together. It is not open to those under the age of 18. It is an environment where sharing of knowledge and skills is always welcomed! We desire our members to participate in teaching as we believe in the philosophy that the teacher is also the student and vice versa.
Our group is based on Witchcraft of the Old Ways, with ritual and ceremonial magick incorporated into our daily lives, our beliefs and our practices. Please be aware that our group is not a Wiccan one. We are Witches, and we practice Witchcraft.
Some members, in the group, are solitaires that have a desire to come together during the Esbats and Sabbats. We hold Dark and Full Moon rituals, as well as celebrate the eight Sabbats of the year.
Occasionally we do hold public gatherings/socials, open rituals (Not Circles) , workshops, and do volunteer work for our community. Some members also attend various festivals and gatherings around the United States. We hold an open, public, meet and greet the 1st Friday of each month. We meet at Books A Million, on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville, at 7:30pm, in the area up front with the tables. Sometimes we venture to another area after that. We always love to meet new people with an open mind and open heart. Please come out and join us!!
Our members have decided to open up an outer circle, via a yahoo group website. The outer circle consists of people that have an interest but have not met the qualifications to join the inner circle. If you are interested in joining the outer circle, please use the web-link below to read the homepage. Even tho this link to the outer circle is a website, there is still a strict protocol that will be followed, which is mailed to you when you request to join.
Our Inner Circle is considered a closed group, but we are open to consider new members. Membership might be granted via several real time meetings with one or more members from the group. There is also criteria that would have to be met, prior to acceptance. If you are interested, please contact me, for more information.
