Group Overview: Moon Circles NC is an open Wiccan circle; we are open to everybody regardless of experience or tradition.
Moon Circles NC will hold circles on or around each Full Moon and Sabbat.
At each Full Moon Circle we do a grounding meditation, cast a circle, call the quarters, have a different working for the night, and have cakes & wine (non-alcoholic beverage) .
At Sabbat Circles we celebrate the turning of the Wheel of the Year in ritual, and have a potluck dinner afterwards.
Participants should bring with them to each circle:
- a pillow or cushion to sit on
- something small to place on the altar (such as a stone or candle)
- chalice or cup for cakes & wine (Full Moon Circle only)
- a love offering to help pay for costs associated with running the circle (not required, but greatly appreciated. Suggest love offering between $3 - $5)
