Group Overview: Merry meet!
I'm a member of a couple of existing groups on the Triangle area. I've been made aware that there is a need for a pagan group in the area in which I live. I hope by creating this group I can help fulfill that need. Providing Classes, indepth workshops, rituals, and fellowship are my goals.
I'd taught for years, donating my time and sharing my information at no charge but found students we not fully taking advantage of what I was providing. I promised myself that if very begin teaching organized classes again, I would charge a small fee to cover supplies, ink, paper, and to compensate me a bit for my efforts. This model trends to attract more committed students.
I've also created another group for just meetups and fellowship in the Mebane area if you're just wanting that.
I'm hoping that bringing a "classes" group together, we can choose what topics participants would to like to delve into first, and go from there.
Classes will meet at my home just east of Mebane, a 15-20 minute drive UNC and Duke. College students and adults are invited to join us. There is no childcare provided, as quiet will be necessary at times for guided meditations and deep journeying work that will be an integral part of the classes. Some of it is serious, but we will have a lot of fun too, and growth in skill, knowledge of your self and craft will be significant. I don't teach One way to do things but give many options and help you build your own personal spiritual practice based on your personal beliefs and self-discovery.
