My mission to you as High Priestess is to help you and guide you on your own spiritual path, to help you grow mentally and physically in the direction you choose to have your roots take hold. My coven's mission is to give those who practice a family to go to whether personal or magickal. This coven's mission is to spread knowledge as well as hope and friendship in addition to magick. I've lived in Jacksonville for a very long time and I want our coven to be interesting, serious, and fun whilst practicing. I'm a fun easy going person but when it's time to get down to brass tax, I do. And honestly that's how I would like the coven to be. I don't want it to feel like you are in school again, drowning out the teachers with the sounds of your snoring. I want you to take everything we do and remember it.. Apply it to your every day life.
Our Coven is a combination of all, an Earth Based path. We are very rare as we are truly as eclectic as a group as they come. We incorporate many beliefs and traditions in to our lessons and rituals. We promote individualized path discovery and development in addition to group growth. We do not do a degree system but we do go by the old adage of "A Year and A Day". We do offer individualized one on one time to our covenors and seekers who want to dive a little deeper into different subjects. :) .
Founded in April of 2011 by a group of really good friends who all had an interest in practicing the arts but also in to helping others finding their own way. We are always looking to add members who are just as interested as we are and are always looking for insight or knowledge. We will have meetings/learning sessions as well as celebrations, rituals for holidays, and rituals for moon cycles. Currently we have a location that we practice at in rotation between Jacksonville, (close to Richlands and one off of Piney Green) and Holly Ridge, but also meet at various outdoor/park locations depending on the weather.
We have meeting every other week and try to do rituals every other month or as our Wheel of the year deems fit. In our meetings we have lessons and updates about our group, community, state, and the world. :)
