Group Overview: Hi! I'm Kitty and I have been a practitioner of The Old Ways for almost 30 years. I learned first from my Grandma (my family are Christian witches) but I found that to be hypocritical. I started learning about Pagan Witchcraft as a young teen and joined 2 covens. The first was not for me, but the second one was great. Eventually I moved from my hometown of Baltimore to Greensboro. I started teaching my 5 children and a select few along the way. About a year ago, I decided that I wanted to open my family & friends coven to more, so I am advertising for new members. The group is still small, but the ages range from17 to 40 something. I, myself, am the High Priestess and I identify most with the Crone aspect of the Triple Goddess. However, we often call upon certain Gods or Goddesses when we have a specific need. We do what we can to heal the Mother Earth and all Her creatures, so charity work is often called upon but not necessary. However, I do look for people who have a helpful and fun loving attitude. We study shamanism, herbal healing/magick, anything paranormal and all types of healing, to name a few. We meet as often as necessary, full moons, holidays & "mixers". Students are welcome, as long as you are willing to put in the hard work.. We do not tolerate any bigotry at all, including being biased against race, gender, sexual preference, etc.. We also have a small paranormal group that helps people if you are interested, but be prepared to buy your own equipment! Please e-mail or call me if interested.
