Pagan Alliance Network

Age Range/Type: Adult
Located in: Lincoln, Nebraska
Key Contact: Rev. Philipp J. Kess

Spiritual Path: Eclectic
Status: Established Group
Community Support: Open Circles... Legal Clergy... Teaching Available

Group Overview: The Pagan Alliance Network (originally Pagan Alliance of Nebraska) was formed in June 1997 at the request of several like minded individuals who were seeking to learn and have discussion about Pagan related topics. Since then we have grown to a group that sometimes includes over 20 Lincolnites.

We meet every Saturday evening at a member's home in Lincoln. We have a guided meditation which usually pertains to the topic hand. After the meditation we are open for discussion. Each Saturday is a different experience. We have open discussions, practice time for various forms of divination, social activities and generally a good time.

PAN sponsors a New Moon Meditation and Healing Circle on the Sunday closest to the New Moon.. The circle is hosted by DolphinMoon Coven and conducted by her coveners.

From time to time we have open circle for the Sabbats. We offer an eclectic atmosphere where most people can find themselves comfortable in a circle with people they may not know very well.

We encourage our members to get to know each other outside of group and will schedule movie nights or Cauldron Lucks as get-to-know-yous. These can be as often as once a month.

In October 2008, we hosted our first Meet & Greet Social at Here and Back Again in Lincoln, NE. These are an ongoing event (please contact us for a schedule) that allows for members and new faces a like to get together and just socialize. As it is hosted at a store, it also gives everyone the opportunity to do a little shopping. There is a $2 charge for attending the event to help defray the costs of renting the space from Here and Back Again.

For more information about the group or a schedule of upcoming gatherings and events you may contact Rev. Philipp J. Kessler.
Thank you, and Goddess Bless!
