Group Overview: An eclectic group for pagans, witches, Wiccans, and others who honor the Earth as a spiritual mother. This group is always open to the public. New members (and browsers) are welcome at any time, and you do not need to be an official, voting member to participate in rituals and other public events. Voting membership in the group is attained by helping out with the planning and presentation of two of our public rituals. After that, membership is maintained by leading one ritual or assisting with two per year.
We meet publically for each of the eight seasonal celebrations and occasionally at other times for a mix of ritual, networking, education and business. Voting members have an opportunity to meet monthly for private ritual, spiritual development, and socialization. We are fortunate to be associated with the Concord Unitarian Universalist church, which has a lovely grove for outdoor ritual in good weather.
It is important to understand that this group is not a coven! There are no degrees of priest (ess) hood, there is no formal initiation process, and we do not follow or teach any particular tradition. We occupy a middle ground between solitary practice and the formality and commitment of a coven.
Attention minors! We believe that parents have the right and responsibility to guide the religious education of their children. If you are under 18, you must bring your parent or guardian with you so that we know it's ok for you to attend.
