Group Overview: After talking with other Pagans in the area, I've decided I want to start a group for adults to discuss and study different Pagan paths and traditions, and share their experiences on their own path. Men and women, singles and couples welcome!
I have been a Pagan for 6 years, a solitary eclectic. I don't have much book knowledge about particular paths or traditions of Paganism, but I have had experiences these 6 years with celebrations and rituals for the Sabbats as a part of the Earth based Spirituality group at South (UU) Church in Portsmouth, NH, as well as part of Womyn's Way at the Keene UU. My interest in Pagan and Earth based spirituality and the lack of such local groups for men and women is what motivated me to start this group.
My plan is to meet one evening a month, beginning in January. Together, we will choose various readings by Pagan authors to read and study, and discuss the readings. We will share any knowledge and expertise we feel we can impart to others. We will also occasionally have an open circle to celebrate the Sabbats.
There is no high priest or priestess...we are all just learners on our own paths. Open-mindedness is a must!
