Group Overview: I have been formaly practicing wicca for 18 years. Currently I have found the Seax-Wicca tradition to be the best and most easily modified for MOST people going from solitary to a more formal group setting. Ray Buckland created this path to specificaly end the need for for heirachy and the bad karma that can come of a position based system. We are all teachers and we are all students striving for the same goal.
