Group Overview: The Hellenion Proto-Demos tes Hagnes Persephones is a new group for Hellenic reconstructionists, or others that are interested in learning about this path. Our name is Greek, and it roughly translates to Temple of the Pure (or Holy) Persephone. It is within the organization called 'Hellenion' whose website is www.hellenion.org
We are hard polytheists who seek to worship the gods of ancient Greece in the way that people worshipped them *at that time.* If you have an interest in the Greek gods, send us an e-mail. There will be public rituals and classes happening in Santa Fe. Previously we were located in the the NW PA and SW NY area. Anyone is invited to attend. Please check out the events page for the next thing we have planned.
