Group Overview: We are an open group, and a safe place for beginners of any pagan path to come and learn the basics. We do not tolerate intolerance between the different branches of paganism. Instead we focus on the similarities. Tumbleweed is a teaching grove/coven. Older more experienced pagans are encouraged to join to help provide a more rounded education for beginners.
We do not tolerate drinking and such, except when used during ritual. All participants are encouraged to dress up if they feel comfortable that way, or not if they don't want to. They are instructed on how to begin their own grimoire.
Grove/ Coven meetings are held outside unless there is a problem - too cold/hot, California fire smoke, rain - all members are encouraged to speak their mind without fear of belittlement.
Skymage is the current Grove Mother being a graduate of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids, and she carries the title of Druid. She has nearly forty years experience in the occult and much to teach.
There is no fee to join, except for those who wish one on one sessions. Any fee's charged are very small, perhaps .50 or $1, depending on ability to pay. This is simply due to the cost of paper and ink. If a person if unable to afford even that nonimal fee they will not be turned away.
Donations are accepted to keep us in wood and tiki torch fluid. We meet every Wed at 8pm until ?. Please call for directions if you would like to visit us.
