Group Overview: Northeast Council of W.I.C.C.A. (Wiccans Interested in Creating Community Awareness) is not a coven we
are a group of Pagans, Witches and Wiccans interested in: fostering harmony and unity within our community, presenting a positive image of pagans by being actively involved in pagan events and volunteering in the community at large.
NEC of W.I.C.C.A. represents many traditions, with a membership that consists of individual pagans, covens, groups, businesses and organizations.
Mission Statement: "The goal of NEC of W.I.C.C.A. is to collectively weave a stronger web among all spiritual paths within the Pagan community." We aspire to meet these goals by providing information regarding various pagan celebrations; classes, events, organizations, covens, metaphysical shops, etc. via our website, networking with individuals and in our newsletter.
We support a food pantry - Kuan-Yin's Cupboard, we volunteer in our community, publish a quarterly newsletter on-line, offer open Sabbat celebrations, support and help organize: Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival, Witches Ball, Midsummer Medieval Festival, Dessert & Divination fundraisers, etc.
NEC is open for membership for those living in and around the greater Rochester area.
