Group Overview: With open heart and open mind we gather to worship the Divine. The Goddess and The God; The Goddesses and the Gods; the spirit of the place, the trees, the grass, the wildlife, and that within.
We as a certified (Filed under the Religious Corporations laws of New York) church have a misson:
To provide a place of religious worship;
To provide a venue of expressing our truly held spiritual beliefs;
To provide interfaith religious and spiritual guidance; counseling and education;
To provide a place of worship for individuals seeking spiritual enlightenment and guidance;
To foster achievement of such enlightenment, and attainment of personal spiritual and religious goals;
To encourage and carry out the comparative study of historical and contemporary theologies and their application to contemporary living;
To perform marriages, baptisms and other religious ceremonies for parishioners;
And To provide food, clothing, household items, and spiritual guidance to those in the community who are in need.
It has been the Wiccan way to remain in the broom closet. It is our American Pagan way to stand proudly in society as a Church, furthering our faith and enlightening those in the dark.
