Group Overview: Merry Meet! Silver Heart is a very new pagan Group for teens and young adults. We are an eclectic study group meaning we are not a coven and accept all spiritual paths whether you are a Wiccan (all paths) , Asatru, Druid, Shaman, or any of the many pagan paths out there.
Silver Heart is for those who want to meet other like minded individuals, those who are dedicated to their spiritual path as well as those who are new and want to learn more. The group is after all a study group and we will be learning things from one another from herbs to crystals, to meditation to tarot.
We are not just a study group and won't be per say studying so much our brains will feel like mush but we will also just be hanging out and having fun during our meetings. We will try having meetings every month which will be listed on our site with all the details for the day. Summer we will meet at least 2x a month.
Not only will we be studying together but we will also be having our own Sabbat circles and celebrating. Usually these will be held on the closest weekend to the Sabbat so make sure you have nothing planned during those weekends if you want to join in on the fun. We will also be helping out in the community by volunteering.
Silver Heart is accepting those who are between 16-24 years old. There's no limit to how many can join because the group is after all for finding new friends within New York who are pagan and share the same views as well as learning together. However before you fully join you would need to at least attend one meeting and I have met you personally. Remember though that even if you attend one meeting if you don't keep in contact with me after 2 months you will be out. I know that some people can't make it to every meeting but if you don't say a word to me I'll think you don't really care or aren't interested anymore.
