Group Overview: The Hellenic Temple of Apollon, Zeus and Pan is a semi-public temple/shrine space located in Cranston, RI. The temple provides education, rituals and fellowship for those who worship the Greek Gods in the RI area and the greater pagan community. The temple currently is working to offer an online course in Hellenismos which will hopefully be completed and offered by the end of winter.
The temple space is currently run out of a private residence, as as such anyone interested in attending rituals or bringing offerings to the shrines MUST contact the neokoros (temple priest) first and preferably schedule a meeting in a neutral location prior to receiving directions to the temple space.
Although the temple is not a "group" per se, the neokoros is interested in starting a study group for those interested in working with the Greek Gods with the idea of starting some kind of worship group and possibly other shrines to the Greek Gods in the RI area as a way of re-establishing sacred spaces to the Greek Gods in these modern times.
Since the temple is dedicated to Apollon, Zeus and Pan, the majority of the rituals and celebrations are for these three Gods, although other celebrations to the Ancestors are also held in a separate space.
