Group Overview: SMC – Sycamore Meadow Coven is an American Traditional Witchcraft environment. We personally do not endorse Wicca. We practice Witchcraft – the art of spells. You may use any religion with Witchcraft. Wicca is a religion! We have coven members from many religious paths including Christian, Catholic, Wicca, Atheist, and Druid. We do teach the religion of Wicca and the Art of Witchcraft for the public and members that desire it. For those wishing to progress to Coven Leaders we have a complete training program available. This will include membership to American Traditional Witchcraft Association and Hive status from Sycamore Meadow Coven for your lineage.
We are located in Pleasant View, TN. We service Pleasant View, Ashland City, Joelton, Clarksville, Springfield, Greenbrier, Goodlettsville, Ridegetop, and some of Nashville. We are a proud member of the American Traditional Witchcraft Association. We practice our clan’s tradition of witchcraft. Our tradition originally came from Ireland. As our clan has settled in America it has become a blend of our original teaching and that of the natives of this country through the years. Our coven’s religious teaching are set upon our form of Wicca. Not all with the clan or coven are Wicca. For those that cannot accept or respect this do not apply here. We will not tolerate pagan bigotry towards the other religions that wish to practice witchcraft.
Our public rituals are a blend of our beliefs and the general Wicca standard from the community. Setup will vary according to who is hosting.
Our Learning Center will be open to the public Summer 2013. Our Online Learning Center offers Wicca year and day training, for traditional witches’ skill progression and mastery, and clergy training for coven operations.
