Group Overview: Phoenix Moon is an eclectic Wiccan grove and coven of the Unicorn Tradition (www.unicorntrad.org) that studies and worships in the beautiful Hill Country of central Texas in Austin. We believe in the balance of energies of Goddess and God and the five elements as being present in all things and celebrate our existence as creatures who try to walk in harmony and balance with Nature, ever-aware of our place as a strand in the web of Life. Our myths draw from many different sources from around the world, with an emphasis on drawing inspiration and symbolism from the land around us- giving rise to such things as the celebration of the Grackle Moon in April, for instance. We are a close-knit group, and will periodically take on a few students for classes- although we are always happy to correspond with interested seekers.
