Group Overview: WHAT IS C.E.M.?
C.E.M. is the acronym for The Circle of the Eternal Moon, a Wiccan religious organization. C.E.M. was founded by seven witches who left another tradition to give life to a new one. We are an eclectic American tradition that blends aspects of the Old Ways with new ways. C.E.M. is a working circle. The group is run democratically, with the leaders and Council being elected by all members for a term of a year and a day. There is a place within C.E.M. for every Wiccan and witch. We offer an in-depth degree system course of study for the witch that desires to be clergy. We also welcome witches who want to belong to a group where they can get together to worship the Lord and Lady. C.E.M. offers fellowship, spiritual advancement, and a structure to learn. We also welcome visitors and guests.
The Circle of the Eternal Moon’s mission is to create and maintain an atmosphere of love, friendship, trust, respect, support, peace, freedom of individuality, and equality. Our goal is to set a new standard within the Wiccan community.
