Group Overview: *As of 11/1/09 we are looking for a FIRES coordinator RITUALS coordinator and VOLUNTEERS coordinator. All coordinatos will be paired with a seasoned planner. Alot of our systems are automated so these are easy roles!!!
Established as a non-for profit religious education organization, we are a small group of pagans from various paths and traditions who come together to create and faciliate the annual BLUE RIDGE BELTANE festival in Stanardsville VA.
We honor all paths as valid and seek to collaboratively create a festival for our large and varied pagan community in Central VA and beyond.
Each year in August new planners, coordinators and volunteers are brought on. All work is voluntary with no payment received; however, the pride in helping our community is a true payment!
Planners meet monthly to co-create the overall structure.
Coordinators take on significant tasks and are asked to meet bi-monthly or to to send updates.
Volunteers work prior to, during and at the festival but do not attend meetings.
