Looking to form a group of normally solitary witches to come work together just because we love the Craft, and would like to have company once in awhile!
Because it's still in the forming stage, I have some ideas that I would like to share at an open meeting, and listen to what we all have to say. This is the general premise...solitary witches/pagans who come together in a generalized setting (Lord and Lady being said instead of specific Gods/Goddesses-while still respecting the deities worshiped by the members...I would like to make sure there is time at each ritual to honor everyone's deity (ies) ) and come together and be seen, heard, and understood. Ideally, the group will do some public service, and maybe host open rituals and generalized classes for those who are just stepping onto the path, but who aren't willing to be committed to a specific tradition.
If you are a solitaire that has been put off by the community because of its penchant for drama...then this is the group for you. Drama and BS will not be tolerated...this is a group where all can feel comfortable. This isn't about advancement, or a High Priestess getting her feathers fluffed...this is about coming together as a group for the improvement of the world within and around us.
This is truly the rough draft for a description of the group. I would like to see how many folk in the area are interested before I schedule an open meeting.
