Group Overview: The Order of The White Moon is an eclectic international order of women dedicated to The Goddess. It is the position of the Order that all spiritual paths and belief systems can benefit by incorporating the Divine Feminine.
The purpose of the order is two-fold:
1) To help restore spiritual balance on earth by restoring the Divine Feminine to her rightful place and
2) To assist female-seekers in their personal and spiritual development.
Our Order now claims nearly 200 initiates and students, and even more women have studied with us for a short time. We are a 501 (c) 3 Religious Nonprofit Corporation. We are located mainly in the USA, but are also in Germany, Canada, England, and Australia. Our Order operates local groups in New England, Virginia, Tennessee, and California.
The Order offers personal empowerment and priestess training to women aged 18 or older via our online schools , or through a local teacher. Men and transgendered people are welcome to receive training in an affiliated order.
White Moon Teachings are a curriculum in personal empowerment and priestess/priest training. The course takes approximately two years to complete, but can be completed in as little as 13 months at an intensive pace. The course is eclectic and Goddess-centered, built upon the foundation of the Women's Spirituality Movement as it has evolved over the last 35 years. This training is open to people of all faiths who are seeking to incorporate The Goddess into their existing spirituality. Curriculum includes Goddess studies, ritual, meditation, prayer, magick, healing, divination, dreams, and astral work. One-on-one instruction and interaction with other students is provided. Graduates of this course are eligible to enroll in a public ministry course and to receive ordination through The Order of The White Moon.
