NOTE: Mainstream has definitives between Wicca and Witchcraft. I have no definitives between the two. I grew up within a family ancestral lineage of the craft, with decendants dating back to the 1860's in America whom migrated from Ireland.
The word (example of different spellings throughout the years) - Wicca, Wiccae, Weicce, Wicce - Pronounced Weetch'ie in middle english all mean the same - Wise.
The use of that wisdom was the practitioners craft.
Hence the word Witchcraft. My Spirituality!
The word Witch is held Honorable, Respectful, and Spiritual in my families ancestral lineage.
Now if your self identity is Wicca, Wiccan, Witch, Witchcraft thats your own self identity.
However please respect everyone elses self identity and not ask or expect them to change their self identity based on your beliefs or different understanding of the craft.
The Lord and the Lady (God and Goddess) are recognized as equals.
The Four Elements - Air, Fire, Water, and Earth are used in circle casting.
Alter Tools such as the Athame, Boline, Chalice, Wand and Cauldron are used in this tradition but are not expected at Coven gatherings or Coven Rituals.
THE LITANY
1. The Goddess and God are one.
2. Life is a gift to enjoy.
3. I am connected to all things and the power therein,
4. I am one with the All and the All is within me.
5. I am kith and kin to the elementals - air, fire, water, earth, aspects off the Divine.
6. I learn from the Goddess and the God, Nature, and meditation.
7. I follow the Rules of Conduct as passed down to me.
RULES OF CONDUCT
1. Be careful what you do.
2. Be careful who you trust.
3 Do not use the Power to hurt another, for what is sent comes back.
4. Never use the Power against someone who has the Power, for you draw from the same well.
5. To use the Power you must feel it in your heart and know it in your mind.
