Group Overview: TERRA is a Pagan community-building and networking organization in Tacoma, Washington. Our ongoing goal is to create and maintain a friendly setting in which to be Pagan in our area. We are open to Pagans and Pagan-friendly persons of ALL paths.
There is no charge for TERRA membership. Anyone who wants to consider themselves a member of the TERRA Community, either F2F or online at terracomunity@yahoogroups.com, is one (Note only one one 'm' in the name.) Voting membership is earned by volunteer hours.
TERRA networks with other local groups including Pagan Pride and MilPagans on both the local bases, sponsors a monthly discussion group, and hosts a ritual and potluck most Sabbats, usually in a park. We also sponsor the herb garden in beautiful Point Defiance Park, hosting work parties (with a potluck after) every month. Our biggest event every year is The Witches Ball, with food, music, performers, vendors, and of course a ritual presented by a local coven or other Pagan group.
