Group Overview: I'm interested in starting an informal study circle with a few like-minded people, to study various forms of magic together, share our own personal knowledge and experience, and support one another in our individual practices. My own areas of interest include Witchcraft (I'm not Wiccan, although I've studied and practiced it in the past) , Hoodoo/Rootwork/Conjure, Pow-Wow, ceremonial magic, theurgy, alchemy, spiritualism, chaos magic, experimental magic, comparative religion, Thelema, Christian Gnosticism, mysticism, various forms of astrology, and divination.
I'm not looking to start a new coven or anything, although I'd be open to group rituals. (I do celebrate the Sabbats myself, with less of a focus on the God and Goddess mythology, and more on the changing of the seasons.) I'd just like a group of people to study with together and help each other out, and haven't found an already existing group in the Seattle area that seems to fit exactly what I'm looking for yet.
