While amendments are still being made to improve our structure, our code of conduct is as follows.

I. Our Physical & Spiritual Presence should be used for Self-Improvement, Protection, Blessings & Good.

III. The Lantern Alliance practices modern professionalism & awareness of modern science with a mix in old world traditions, nature appreciation, polytheism & spiritual energy awareness.

IV. The Lantern Alliance does not force its members to adhere to specific gender rolls but does expect positive, polite, and appropriate behavior from all participants.

V. The Lantern Alliance practices Secrecy. Meeting times, Locations, Member Identities & Homes should be kept private to all.

VI. The Lantern Alliance practices paganism as a family tradition: meaning; it is passed down through the generations by way of in-person training from two qualified teachers.

VII. Each Member encouraged to choose their own spiritual path specifics such as pantheon, tools, etc but each member of the Alliance also needs to be a part of our congregated practices and adhere to the Alliance's morals for better community unification.

Lantern Alliance Practices
As a Science-First congregation, the Lantern Alliance encourages all members to take care of their physical lives & selves first through Medical Attention, Therapy, and overall any aspects of life other than spiritual. It is important to acknowledge we are currently living human lives and should maintain those first.
To complement our physical well-beings and spirituality, the Lantern Alliance celebrates 8 Holidays a year, one every Six Weeks to honor the position of the planet with the sun, the changing of the seasons and the practices of humans around the world from long ago.
The Spiritual Training of the Lantern Alliance focuses on self-preservation, health and the appreciation for this world and its life. The training regimen is similar to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree Training from the Wiccan Church of Minnesota but mixed with Family Tradition Practices.
For the comfort of all members; wearing clothing is enforced. Sexuality is encouraged for each member to practice in whatever safe ways each member wants, but in private. Sexuality can be a wonderful & healthy thing. However, Sexuality will not be explored as a group and sexual acts will not be performed as a part of the Lantern Alliance’s Practices.
The Lantern Alliance’s Founders; The Head Priest and Priestess were advised by two 3rd Degree Ministers of the Wiccan Church of Minnesota to found the tribe and begin teaching. The Head Priest is a 2nd Generation Pagan, Minister recognized by the Universal Life Church. Both Head Priest and Priestess were approved for teaching by their advisers.
The Lantern Alliance hopes to grow into a community meant for supporting each other. The Lantern Alliance wants to be a spiritual outlet for pagans so they may live their outside lives professionally and happily.

Amendment: For the safety of all members, the events of the Lantern Alliance will be kept between dedicated members only. The meetings, education, holidays, etc, will not be open to non-members. We want to avoid being entertainment for non-pagans and we definitely want to avoid our privacy being violated. Students begin their education in a neutral/safe space away from main gatherings until they are ready to perform a dedication rite. The training can take as much time as needed as long as the member is following the code of conduct & contributing to group events.
