Group Overview: For five years I have been studying and learning all that I can about Wicca online and in books, and I have reached a point where I need to learn from and teach others. I know that many young Wiccans and Pagans have reached this point as well.
I am opening up my home to anyone who would like to join my study group and possibly become friends. Someday, maybe, if we feel comfortable with each other, we can form a coven. I have considered seeking a coven for a few months now, but there seem to be none in my area. It seems that very few West Virginians feel comfortable with revealing their paths to the public.
Anyone who would like to join my study group, please e-mail me with any questions you may have. I am willing to study any paths, as I have not chosen a set path as of yet.
You can bring your own supplies to the group, but I am willing to provide a few materials for free, such as notebooks, notebook paper, pencils, pens, candles, incense, matches, some herbs, work space, and possibly a few more items that can be discussed. It would be greatly appreciated if you could bring a light snack to meetings.
I am working on created a small website/forum that will make it easier to communicate online for those who do not feel comfortable meeting in person or live too far and have no transport.
You do not have to meet with the group at meetings to be a member of the group. This is NOT a coven. It may become a coven in the future, depending on how the members of the group feel about it.
I am not a certified teacher, and I do not claim to be all-knowing. I am simply willing to teach others what I know for free and learn from others as well.
Hello! A small update for anyone who may be reading this but is too shy to say hello! I have recently been able to buy a few more items for the group, and I am willing to share then with all of you who are interested in joining the group.
I have also recently redecorated my room to allow members and visitors more comfort while studying, eating, and just generally hanging out.
Again, if you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask me. I will always answer honestly and with respect.
