Car Accident - Looking for help

AS it says in my profile, on Saturday, May 10th 2008, I was hit by a car at 50 km/h my skull was fractured and a I got a lot of bruising and road burn. Personally, I think I'm healing very fast, but, the problem is I feel cut off from my spirit guide, and my other spiritual stuff.
I just don't feel in touch with the Gods or nature or even the part of me that could do slight psychic readings, which I was still learning to do.
If anyone can help me, I'd be forever grateful.
