hello to anyone who may read this. i'll begin by explaining that my current flatmate has been offered a job in cardiff and has to leave town pretty soon, therefore i am currently looking for someone who may be interested in taking his room.
i am a 21 year old queer, male, dance student. i have no particulatities about the gender or sexuality of a prospective flat-mate as long as there is a conection and a unanimous feeling that we could get on as flat-mates. the flat is also home to three snakes and a lovely little parrot named Basil : ) , so if you are interested in the room you should be aware of your other potential flat mates. the flat itself is ridiculously cheap concidering the area it is in so i'd imagine there would be alot of interest in it very soon... naturally i would prefer someone who would respond from this advert... for obvious reasons. so, if you do call to inquire please say that you found the ad on witchvox.
if anyone is interested and would like to know a little more about the flat then please visit the following link to the advert i have placed on gumtree. the ad does say it is for a three month period (this is when my contract ends) but pending on the time we spend sharing the flat this could extend into the renewed contract.
