A 501c Wiccan Church needs your help!

Hello,
I am from Southern Delta Wiccan Church and I would like to ask for your help, please. We are a 501c Non-profit church with a goal to help seniors and disabled people with their housing, such as, if they need a wheel chair ramp added or if a seniors porch is in bad need of repair but they cannot afford to fix it themselves, we want to do that for them.
We have been selected by a local Home Depot to be their charity of choice however, before they will donate any supplies to us, at all, they have required that we pay a one time fee of $600 to open the charity account. The charity account would make it possible that we receive approximately $5000 in supplies per month. This would help so many people.
This church was started by Terry Michael Riley who is a bit famous for his organizing and leading the Pagan March in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1993. This was a rather important march because of the fact that Arkansas is one of the states right in the middle of the Bible Belt, so Terry lead this march to let other Pagans in this area know they weren't alone, plus to show the community that we are not the monsters they perceive us to be.
