Merry Meet!
I'm looking for a room to rent or if you're in the same situation, let's rent an apartment together. Because I have a car payment, I can't afford to live on my own, so I'm thinking outside the box.
I've got a work from home job, so I'm employed. If you have a room for rent, I have to have a cable outlet so I can get direct internet access to my work system. I also need a land line stripped down to nothing for the incoming calls. If you don't have this, I'd be willing to pay for it so that I can have it to work.
I would prefer the East Valley, but am open. Now about me.
I'm a single 50 year old female with 1 small dog that's well mannered and housebroken. I'm neat/tidy. Non smoker/420 friendly. Rarely drink and a 'my cup is half full' kind of gal. I can afford $300 and split utilities.
I'm a Traditional Witch and up until recently was a Solitare. I'm taking the 'Year and a Day' classes to learn Ritual. I'm a Gemini Sun and a Virgo Moon. A great combo for OCD, so you know the place will be clean ;)
