The Sacred Well (http://www.sacredwell.com) seeks energetic, self-motivated outside sales representatives to sell our line of magical oil blends, gem & herb elixirs, and spell candles.
The Sacred Well is a dynamic, growing company motivated by our shared belief that magic happens every day. Our home base is our beautiful storefront in Oakland, and we are now looking to expand the reach of our magic by distributing our products wholesale to other stores. Can you help us do that?
The ideal candidate:
- Has solid sales experience and strong follow-through skills
- Thrives in a start-up environment, knowing the possibilities for growth are boundless
- Works non-judgmentally with a wide variety of people with different spiritual beliefs
and practices
- Excels at providing impeccable customer service
- Has a positive, upbeat attitude and sense of humor
- Maintains focus, and is highly organized
- Is computer- and email-literate
- Has reliable phone, internet and transportation
- Is an enthusiastic self-starter who works well independently
- Has strong interpersonal communication skills
- Can think creatively about different methods and venues for distributing our products
- Is strongly motivated by making money for yourself and the company, and sees material
wealth as a vehicle for manifesting one’s most desired life.
This position includes both phone sales and in-person travel to local stores. While we have a list of some prospective accounts, you will be expected to seek additional prospects who would be interested in sharing our products with their customers. Possible channels of distribution include metaphysical/pagan/new-age shops, natural markets, gift shops, yoga studios, body-art studios, smoke shops, spas and healing centers.
You will be managing your own business from your home. We will provide you product samples, support literatures, forms and tools to assist you, and lots of dedicated support and encouragement.

This is an independent-contractor, commission-only position. We encourage your personal prosperity, so if you are simultaneously selling other product lines, we only ask that they not present a direct conflict-of-interest with our products.
