We are an active Pagan couple looking for a room mate. You will have your own large bedroom about 12x12 feet, roomy closet, and your own nice sized bathroom which is the biggest bathroom in the apratment and includes a tub with a shower. The kitchen and living room are communal spaces. You will have free use of the washer and dryer. We also have an out door swimming pool. Our neighborhood is safe and we are near 2 bus stops the 75 and the 50 routes. We are located in a convienent place we are near grocery stores, a mall, and a movie theater.
You will have your own parking space at no additional cost. We have central AC/heat.
The room is unfurnished. The bedroom has one window. We live on the second floor there is no elevator. We are active in the Pagan community and do rituals often. You must not be allergic to cats we have cats. The rent is $525 + $75 condo screening (screaning is non refundable) .The rent includes ALL utilities and we are asking only for 1st months rent. We do not ask for last months rent. the grand total to move in is is $600. The deposit of 475 MUST be paid upon being approved by the condo.
