Eclectic household ranging in ages from 6 to 37 are seeking someone to rent the spare room. Must be animal and kid friendly. There is one kid in the household, the 6 year old, and three dogs, one cat, six or seven snakes, a bunch of fish, and one household ghost we have named "Fred". The rest are a female 29 (who you'd be sharing a bathroom with) , and downstairs the soon to be wed couple who are 36 and 37. We are a household of pagans, friendly, low-key and low-drama.
Preference is for a female roommate since sharing a bathroom, but men can be considered.
Rent is 300/month for the room plus 1/4 utilities.
Utilities include cable, electric, gas, water/sewage, and phone. Long distance is the caller's responsibility. Verifiable employment or student support status a must.
