Soldier's Widow Speaks on Lance and Graa

This week, the Lance and Graal crew is honored to speak with Roberta Stewart, widow of Wiccan soldier Sgt. Patrick Stewart.
Sgt. Patrick Stewart was killed in action when his helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan in 2005. His widow requested to have a penacle placed on his gravemarker, but the VA refused, saying it was not on the list of “approved symbols”.
Turns out that the Pentacle has been under review since 1997, and six other symbols have been approved in the meantime.
We spoke with Sgt. Stewart's widow, Roberta, a genuine American heroine, to hear about her tireless fight to honor her husband's memory – and ultimately secure all of our rights.
