Female holistic healer, earth and animal lover, has fur kids currently living with her, non smoker, is in need of a like minded female room mate for finical reasons for 6 months to a year. I would be willing to consider longer time frame. My home is two bed room, one and ˝ bath home, hard wood floors in bedrooms and living room, about 10 minutes from Washburn and close to I-70. The rent will be $500/month this includes electricity, gas, water, expanded basic cable, cable internet access and use of washer, dryer, home phone with unlimited local and long distance in the US. The back yard has a covered patio and a privacy fence. You would have your own room with a shared bath. The room is unfurnished but I would consider furnishing the basics, bed, night stand, dresser, sheets and blankets, for additional rent. Deposit required.
