The Goddess Dancing is a Boston-area collective that has over 12 years experience teaching belly dance to women. The group is known for their innovative, spiritually grounded, women-centered approach to the ancient art of belly dance. This unique approach helps make the dance accessible to all women.
In this instructional video/DVD you will find The Goddess Dancings time tested beginner level curriculum known as The Sacred Shapes ™, a warm-up sequence including their signature Goddess stretches ™, as well as a complete choreography titled The Creation Dance ™.
