On Beltane 2002, our founder and director Heidi Couture, received a vision while visiting Glastonbury, England. She knew that the Goddess was calling upon her to create a sacred space for us in Central New England where we could explore the Divine Feminine in balance with the God. When she returned, the Goddess Temple Project became a central focus for the Wiccan Educational Society.
On Imbolc 2004, the first stage of our vision was reached. After many joys and challenges, our temporary Goddess Temple was dedicated at Moonwood in Princeton, Massachusetts. The Goddess Temple is the first of its kind in New England.
WES has maintained a strong connection to our Goddess Temple's roots and inspiration. We are overjoyed to have the support of Priestess of Avalon, Kathy
Jones as well as all the Priestesses of Avalon!

The WES founder as well as some WES members have journeyed to Glastonbury for the last 3 years to bring the magick of Avalon back to Central Massachusetts.
The WES Goddess Temple is now open on select Sundays for personal prayer and meditation.
