Position: Webmeister/mistress
For: Military Pagan Network, Inc. (www.milpagan.org)
The Military Pagan Network, Inc (MPN) is looking for an “onfire, dedicated” web artist to update, redesign (?) , and manage our organizational website. Protocols involve both HTML and PERL. This is a VOLUNTEER STAFF position, offering lots of work, deserved “Thank You’s”, (and maybe some credit on your real Resume) . Prospects MUST be eligible for membership in MPN.
The Military Pagan Network has been in a hibernational reorganization mode for some time- but now we are BREAKING OUT! We have increased Membership almost 25 percent in this year, and that is just the beginning. MPN was involved in the recent “Pentacle Quest” resulting in Wiccan service members now able to have the Pentacle on their government-supplied grave markers. MPN leadership has re-connected with Active military chaplaincy, and with the Pagan community at-large. With new leadership, MPN is looking toward new projects and services to the Military Pagan community.
• Update postings of Military Pagan groups around the world
• Update regulatory requirements and sources for Faith Group Leaders and Chaplains
• Monitoring a “Discussion” Forum
• ? Compilation of a new “Chaplains Handbook”
• ? Offering a new “Book Service” to Military Pagan groups around the world
• ? Getting involved in informing Military Pagans about political persons and processes relating to their faiths and the government
• ? You got any ideas??
