House of Goddess and God offices

Proclamation...
The House of Goddess and God need some offices filled here are the duties if you can participate:
Musician-
-Keep the lore and history of the church and ancestors. They will be responsible for music resources and program for rituals
Environmental Officer
-Guide the church in ecological lifestyles gentle to the earth
-To keep church informed of new developments in ecology, environmental law and related news
-Lead an earth friendly setup for all events.
Youth advisor
-Meet regularly with the young people of the church encouraging their input and responsibility for their own programs whenever feasible.
-Find and mobilize the resources necessary for the youth program to succeed, including but not limited to energies of the parents.
-To facilitate growth in young people in spirit of earth based beliefs.
- To make sure appropriate standards of conduct are enforced at youth events
-To obtain signed permission slips from either parent/parents or guardians.
Librarian
-inventory all printed and audio materials owned by the church
-To direct interested members to for craft work
-keep track of new materials donated for acquisition for the church
-making sure all material is returned in allotted time
Fund Raiser
-develop contacts with local business and community for raising money
-follow through with setup and location of proposed events
-developing fundraisers at church events
-submitting money to the treasurer and recording it
-Make sure all monies are available for each event to take place
Public information officer
-Maintain a relationship with local newspapers and news agencies
-Create and Distribute news releases and public announcements
-participate in occasional interviews with media or arrange for a church member to do so
-Create and Distribute flyers and electronic media for events
-To start and maintain a newsletter for the church.
Trip Organizer
-To find historical or sacred places for the church
-Organize other pagan events that may interest the church
-To organize trips to seminars or workshops on witches
-Find potential sites for church retreats or camping
-To delegate preparations for each journey (parents, first aid etc)
-Work with others offices to organize the plan
Training (supervisor of teaching)
-To record and know each student or dedicates and record the progress for church records.
-To accommodate special needs of children
-To suggest a resource for mentors
-Follow through with all volunteers, which are in training, are recording all evaluations.
Congregational Coordinator (clergy officer)
- Make sure all clergy guidelines are met per by-laws
- Work with Van Buren County Clerk to record all registered clergy with the state
- Make apparent to mentors the guidelines to become clergy
- Submit church memberships to the officers
