15th Annual Midwest Witches' Ball

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Gordon Ireland and I am a Sponsorship Liaison for the Midwest Witches' Ball. Since 1998 the Ball has been the highlight of the season for the Pagan / Pan-Spiritual community and our sponsors are a big part of the reason we are able to continue to do this year after year.
The Midwest Witches' Ball provides a place for the community to get together and socialize. It is a chance for like-minded people to meet, exchange ideas and network. It is also a chance for people to have a good time, take a break and let their hair down in the middle of one of our more spiritual seasons. We provide the food, beverages and a DJ so everyone can have a good time without worrying about the details.
We are now seeking sponsors for the 2011, 15th Annual Midwest Witches' Ball. If you are a business, coven, grove or organization this is the place to advertise.
The Midwest Witches' Ball attracts over 500 attendees and our websites are viewed by thousands of potential customers. Your business banner will remain up for one year with your sponsorship. Other electronic advertising includes placement on all our websites, Myspace, Facebook, and our e-groups.
In addition to the websites, your advertisement will also appear in our printed programs, which are given to all our attendees who often keep them for souvenirs. At the Ball itself your ad will appear on our 4 x 8 vinyl banner and your company will be introduced and thanked during the Ball. There will also be a sponsor table for you to place your flyers and business cards.
